COACHES EDITION
This is a 1-1 Fitness & Nutrition Coaching Program provided specifically for Online Coaches with your personal & professional goals in mind.
It includes Fitness & Nutrition Coaching, where you are working closely with Jamie, as she provides your training programs, nutrition protocols, & weekly check-ins. This allows you to put yourself in the client seat & will help you not only prioritize your fitness goals but also give you new ideas & methods that you can carry over to your coaching approach.
Additionally, there is an element of Business Mentorship in this program, which includes advice on client cases & business support to help you run & grow your business more efficiently.
THE FULL PROGRAM BREAKDOWN
STRATEGY SESSION
✓ Starting with your initial consult call with Jamie, you will discuss your current goals, training history, dieting experience, & lifestyle so we can begin mapping out your training & nutrition plan.
✓ We will also dive into your coaching experience & business so Jamie can understand what stage you’re currently in & what support will be most beneficial.
TRAINING PROGRAM
✓ Jamie will create a training program that is 100% tailored to you! Your goals, training level, limitations, available gym equipment, & schedule are all taken into consideration.
Generally, Coaches Edition programming is more advanced than traditional lifestyle programs - because you are more advanced so I am going to take you through a lot more than the standard programs that are full of (3 x 12) and (3 x 10). We are likely doing that for some accessory work - but we’re also diving into intermediate & advanced methods from things such as strength-focused wave loading & power building, to hypertrophy-focused top set/backoff method & OTM work.
✓ Your program is provided through the F4L Training App (hosted by Trainerize) in progressive 4-6 week phases.

Training overviews are provided along with your training phases to ensure understanding of the objective(s) of the training block (for your own knowledge & so you can understand new methods to incorporate into your coaching approach).

EDUCATION

INVESTMENT
This is a commitment & investment into your personal growth & your business. Jamie will be working with you 1-1 to ensure you’re prioritizing your own fitness/health goals, as well as leveling up your knowledge & coaching approach along the way. There are a few different tiers of support and package options (ranging from $325-$595/month) so we can find the one that best fits your goals & needs.
As we both know, these things (physique changes, performance gains, habit formation, & brain gains) take time. To help Jamie provide you with the best experience, there is an initial commitment period of 6-months.
F4L uses a secure payment service to process monthly payments so you will have a monthly bill date (rather than having to pay in full before we start).
If anyone else needs to be a part of the decision-making process (i.e. partner or family member), they are welcome and encouraged to join the strategy call so they can hear the value, ask additional questions, & help you decide if it’s a good fit.
HSA/FSA Reimbursement: Eligible clients can use Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) funds for reimbursement on F4L Coaching (resulting in an average savings of 30-40%). Ask us how to qualify if you’d like to explore this option!

Coaches Edition was born in January 2022 and became an extension to Jamie’s Lifestyle Coaching Program, which she has over 5 years of experience with. While both programs are filled with value, education, & purpose, Coaches Edition is a more advanced version of Lifestyle Coaching with specific perks for online coaches. Jamie understands that your expertise is well above the beginner or gen pop clients, so you will benefit from being in the client seat again, but in a more advanced setting. Ultimately, you are getting the full Lifestyle Program experience and benefits for your growth as an online coach (listed above in The Full Program Breakdown & sample questions below).

Yes, you can absolutely apply and Jamie will help you decide if it’s a good fit on your strategy call. Current coaches, within their first 1-2 years of coaching, will likely gain the most benefit from the business aspect of this program because this is typically when there is the greatest learning curve. They tend to submit the most client case & business backend questions because they are going through obstacles & decision-making processes in real-time.
However, it’s beneficial to experience coaching for yourself so you can see systems, methods, & the whole process so if you’re eager to join Coaches Edition before you begin accepting clients, we can make the most of it & Jamie will scale business tips & information to where you’re at.

You can absolutely join Coaches Edition while working with a business coach. A good majority of Coaches Edition clients are either currently working with a business coach or have previously done so!
This works well because your biz coach is likely the expert & your go-to person for things like building out your offer, branding & marketing, lead gen, content & sales strategies, and launch planning.
Whereas, I am your go-to gal for things like holding you accountable for your own fitness plan & health goals, answering client case questions (if you get stuck with what to do for your client’s nutrition adjustments or training program, and navigating client situations as they arise (i.e. how to respond to a client or what to do if they ghost you), and more technical things like how to utilize training software & set up your backend to best serve you & your clients.
My expertise is different than your biz coach’s - so if you are able to have BOTH of us in your corner, supporting you, you will truly be winning!

Yes, each week you will receive a Loom video recording (5-15 minutes) which you can watch on your own time. If we ever need to dive into something deeper, we can set up a Zoom call at any point to have a full discussion, but typically the detailed video recording, resources (PDFs & video course suggestions), & our regular communication allow clients to feel fully supported & see results!
Your check-in response will include:

All clients spend at least 6 months in the program, as this is the initial agreement period, however, the majority continue beyond that. The average length of clients working with me is currently 10-12 months but it’s totally dependent on your situation & what you are comfortable with. No matter how long you stay, my goal is to make every single week valuable so we make the most of our time together.
