Welcome to Flourish for Life Coaching!

We specialize in helping women build their dream body and learn how to sustain these results! We do this through healing your metabolism, balancing your hormones, and providing fully customized strength training and nutrition coaching so you can learn exactly what you need to do to see and keep the results you want.

Inside our program, we combine evidence-based nutrition, functional lab testing, and personalized fitness training to help you uncover what’s actually going on in your body and then take control to make changes, so you can feel strong, energized, and confident again (without doing workouts you hate or giving up your favorite foods).

JAMIE, HEAD COACH & OWNER

Hi, I'm Jamie! I’m the owner of Flourish for Life. I’ve been an Online Fitness & Nutrition Coach for 7 years, with 2 prior years of in-person Personal Training experience. I’m a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Nutrition Coach, Strength & Hypertrophy Programming Specialist, Certified Hormone Health Specialist, and Certified Functional Health Practitioner. 

Over the years, I’ve helped hundreds of women transform their health, bodies, and lives through our 1:1 Coaching Program.

After working with so many women, I started to notice key patterns, like stalled progress, extreme fatigue, or stubborn weight gain, even when clients were eating clean and training hard. Many had already worked with other coaches but saw little change, only to later discover hormone imbalances, a down-regulated metabolism, or underlying health issues no one had addressed. During this time, I also navigated complex gut and hormone issues of my own.

This led me to expand my expertise into functional health. I became a Functional Health Practitioner so I could help all of the women in our program get to the root cause of their struggles, whether it’s hormone dysfunction, metabolic adaptation, or chronic stress, and finally break through the plateau keeping them stuck. Today, I guide women to not only build strong bodies, but to heal from the inside out and create a life and body they can flourish in.

Additionally, in 2022, I launched Coaches Edition - a program designed to help health and fitness coaches prioritize their own goals and level up their coaching skills. 

As a coach and entrepreneur, I know how easy it is to pour everything into your clients and business while putting your own health on the back burner. I also know that certifications are just the beginning. Real growth comes from mentorship, practical experience, and learning from those who’ve walked the path.

Coaches Edition puts you in the client seat to elevate your own fitness journey, while learning directly from my experience so you can build confidence, sharpen your coaching methods, and lead by example.

 
 

CASSIE, HEAD COACH

Hi, I’m Cassie! I’ve been coaching for 4 years now. I started my journey as an in-person Personal Trainer and then eagerly transitioned to Online Coaching to be able to help more than just the community around me. I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Nutrition Coach, Certified Hormone Health Specialist, and I hold my Bachelor of Science in Fitness Development.

When I began my fitness and wellness journey, I remember feeling completely overwhelmed by all the “expert” advice out there. I was constantly trying different “hacks” and trendy diets, hoping to find what would actually work for my body and goals. But the scramble left me feeling lost, frustrated, and unsure of how to create real hormone balance and become my healthiest, strongest self. Now, it's my mission to help my clients cut through the noise by educating them on how their bodies really work and creating exercise routines, nutrition strategies, and sustainable habits that bring their goals to life.

I’ve struggled with hormonal imbalances that kept me feeling stuck and drained, even when I felt like I was doing everything “right.” I love good food, a glass of wine, and having the freedom to enjoy life fully - all while feeling confident that I’m supporting my body from the inside out. I’m not a coach who’ll say “no” to the things you love, but together, we’ll build the knowledge, confidence, and consistency you need to reach your goals and learn how to enjoy every step of the way.
