I cannot recommend and speak highly enough of Jamie and her coaching program. She is by far the most educated, passionate, and encouraging fitness coach out there. Even though she is an online coach, she has been with me every step of the way through my journey even if it may not be in person. She completely personalizes a program that is going to give you the best results for your body and your goals, while keeping in mind your limitations/obstacles. This is done through her own fitness app, which is such a helpful guide! I came to Jamie with not much knowledge on nutrition, training, etc. and within little over a month of working with her I have learned and continue to learn so much.
One of the best things about Jamie as I mentioned is her clear passion and drive. I never feel like I am just a number in her client list - anytime I have a question she sends back fully detailed responses, including things like videos and side by side comparisons to help me fully understand while always providing in depth responses to a weekly check in clients complete on Sundays. She truly cares about each of her clients and wants the best for them.
I have lost around 9 pounds, have gained muscle, and am at the happiest I have ever been with my body and my lifestyle. My mom was so impressed and shocked by my results that she has started to train with her as well now! I am so excited to continue training with her, and am so thankful for her and her coaching services.

I worked with Cassie for about 8 months and she is absolutely incredible! I have worked with other coaches before, and none of my experiences have ever matched up to this. She is SO knowledgeable, and as a left brained person this was a game changer - there was never a question left unanswered, and she had thorough explanations for every decision she made for my training!
A few months in I decided I wanted to train for a half marathon and was so nervous to tell her (previous coaches looked down on anything that took time away from lifting), but Cassie was my biggest supporter throughout training and even helped me plan out that training schedule which was outside of her comfort zone at the gym. I ended up running the whole thing with under 10 minute miles which I never expected, and i couldn't have done it without her!
I also struggled a lot with nutrition goals, and strictly measuring my foods became super daunting to me so we switched it up to intuitive eating and photo logs.
Cassie is adaptable and the sweetest person ever. I stopped working with her for the time being because my focus unfortunately has had to shift away from the gym, but once I am able to make it a priority again I will 100% be reaching out to her.
Cassie and Jaime are always continuing to learn and be better for the sake of their clients, and are so genuinely supportive and happy for their clients wins(and are there to figure out how to switch it up if something isn't working) - anyone who works with them is truly lucky to do so!

I've been working with Cassie for the past 3+ months and I've been loving every minute of it. She is an amazing coach! She is super supportive and celebrates every little win alongside you. Her workouts and the nutrition plan are tailored to my needs and goals and whenever I don’t feel comfortable with something Cassie either suggests a swap or has a very good explanation as to why I should give it a try anyway.
She really knows her stuff. And if I have a question she answers very fast and sometimes has a PDF with additional information supporting her suggestions. This is such a big plus with F4L in general, they have a learning platform with videos and PDFs. Getting access to this and learning about different topics for myself is a great add on to their coaching for me.
To sum it up, if you’re looking for a coach who makes you her priority, is supportive, knowledgeable and a very lovely person in general – Cassie is the one!

I have been working with Cassie for 2 years now. I have had a horrible relationship with food the majority of my life and loved a food tracking approach that did not involve tracking numbers and making use of a photo log option or being required to weight daily and take photos all the time . What first drew me in was that the focus is not on restriction in any way. The goal is to create SUSTAINABLE lifestyle and nutrition habits . My mindset has changed so much with Cassie’s support during times where I was struggling and she has my back and educated me on how various things impact hunger and this has helped me be more aware during those times.
I love how the coaching is 100% customized to ME and MY goals. At no point has she tried to push anything on me. It’s about what my goals are and she continues to put together workouts and nutrition information that is helping me achieve these goals and is there if I need any help or have any questions at all.
I have lost 85 pounds and am feeling better than I have in years. I plan to stay working with Cassie for the foreseeable future to continue losing weight, learning , and changing my body!

The main reason I chose to have a coach this time around in my fitness journey is because I have been traveling for work a lot this year and I needed to take the guessing out of it all the workouts and the nutrition. I really don’t know where to start with my experience working with Jamie. To start, I was super skeptical on doing online training because I had no experience working out. I didn’t know anything about form, nutrition, reps vs sets, really anything gym-related. Jamie was helpful from the start. We had an initial phone call talking about what my goals are. She took into account my obstacles with some workouts (I get pounding headaches when doing workouts where my head is facing down or sudden changes in incline) and formulates new workout plans for me every month, making it new and fresh and exciting to look forward to! If I’m not sure about form, I can send her a video and she will watch it and correct me as needed. She also does weekly check-ins where she asks obstacles you had that week, wins, and goals for the next week. Then responds within a day with a voice memo and a written email summarizing what’s in the voice memo.
Her app is also SO USER FRIENDLY. I’ve seen other people’s fitness apps with trainers and it’s terrible and confusing. I love her app and how she supplies us with HER doing the workout videos and explaining how to do it rather than uploading someone randomly doing it.
Her training is just so personal and honestly when I signed up to do training with Jamie I was expecting to just do three months and quit but I love having someone to hold me accountable, to share excitement in my goals, and to be there every step of the way in my fitness journey.
She has taught me how to love the gym and helped me get the body needed to learn to love myself. She also always does what she can to research and learn to help improve herself and help her clients! Her positivity and outlook on life is so admirable too. Jamie is really someone I look up to.

Coach Cassie is beyond amazing to work with! I went into this not thinking I would make very much as I’ve never been a big gym rat. From day one, Cassie has been there and supported me in any way she could. She would answer all of my questions so quick. She was quick to swap out exercises if they didn’t feel good or anything.

Whenever I talk about my programming with Jamie, the first I’m constantly bringing up is how genuine she is and how much she CARES!
I joined Jamie knowing nothing about macros or what I was putting into my body and within a week of her program my mind was blown by the education she provided me! She creates the most user friendly workouts for the gym or at home!

I observed Jamie for almost 3 years via social media before finally committing to her program. Initially I followed her as a fellow trainer watching her grow and determining if going on my own was an option. It wasn’t. Yet. Jamie is truly an amazing coach! She knows her stuff and takes the time to really help you create new habits, stay on track and motivate you. It’s comforting to have a coach that you can contact whenever about questions or concerns.. and also one that has such a fast response rate.
This is my second time working with Jamie and I love it. The customized workout programs she gives you are so detailed and specific to the equipment you have available whether it be at your home or your gym. The nutritional information and macro guidance is so eye opening and helpful. I for one hate macros, I hate tracking any type of food and think it’s such a pain but Jamie makes it so simple and easy. I have found a new love for eating healthy through her help. I have a lot of dietary restrictions (no whey, dairy, chicken, eggs) and she has given me the best advice, tips, and ideas to help me hit my macros daily.
The weekly check-ins she has implemented are an amazing way to check in with yourself, see how you did for the week and discuss any goals, concerns, etc for the weeks to come. The way she coaches and how involved she is is what truly sets her apart from other coaches I have had. Jamie really takes the time to work with you and helps you achieve your goals. Compared to working with another trainer that did my macros/nutrition and workouts, Jamie has been far more organized. I feel like Jamie is a more professional business than most in this industry. The app is 10/10 the best part for me. It takes a lot of stress out of training, for example, it keeps track of PRs and shows Jamie doing the exercise so I can double check my form, which makes it 10x easier and makes going to the gym less intimidating! I find that I have the motivation to lift heavier at the gym when the app is telling me my 1 rep max or my 10 rep max.
It is so obvious how much work Jamie puts into each of us, whereas I felt like my pervious trainer sent the excel sheet every week and that was that. Jamie cares so much about her clients and gives us so many tools to be successful! I’ve recommended her to a couple friends and I will continue to recommend her to anyone seeking assistance in the gym and kitchen!!

I’ve tried different health services and personal trainers and I can say without a doubt that Jamie was one of the most knowledgeable, available and attentive that I have encountered. I was able to be educated on many different aspects of diet and exercise due to her proficiency. With the way the diet trends are going now a days and the loss weight quick scams are in full force, Jamie helped me to come back down to reality and show me what real healthy living is about.
I liked the different approaches that Jamie uses to maintain autonomy with her clients. I could tell that she took her job serious, works hard at it, and really does care for her clients and what she offers them. I have spent all of my adult years fearing the weight section in the gym. I would go in use the treadmill and leave. This obviously was not enough for me to actually lose weight. Before I met Jamie I was unhappy with my weight and did not have the best eating habits. But this all changed when I found Jamie; she truly changed my life. When I signed up for Jamie’s program, I knew I wanted to get in shape and go to the gym frequently but I never knew what exercises would help me the best. I told Jamie my main goal was to get in shape for Crew season which meant I needed to both strengthen my muscles and work on my cardio.
After I started training with Jamie, I realized going to the gym is exciting. I love improving myself even if the initial step may be difficult. I learned how important it is to eat 3 meals a day WITH snacks.
I would recommend this program for anyone who wants to get in shape but doesn’t know where to start. It is extremely difficult to go to the gym without knowing what exercises and reps/sets to should do!

I haven't had much success over the past two years in making fitness a priority. When I started my 12 weeks with Jamie I quickly found that she was able to provide the support and accountability I so desperately needed.
